Child Labor & Delivery Nurse
Duties and Responsibilities: They are responsible for assisting, supporting and educating women during the four stages of delivery. Also monitoring the baby’s heart rate, and mother’s vital signs.
Salary: An average salary of $67,490 for registered nurses
Education: A high school diploma, associate's degree or bachelor’s degree in the field of nursing. All nurses must pass the National Council Licensure Examination- Registered Nurse ( NCLEX-RN ) for licensure. There’s also voluntary certifications specific to labor and delivery specialties available.
