Duties and Responsibilities: a professional artist with advanced education in the life sciences and visual communication, and they transform complex information into visual images that have potential to communicate to broad audiences.
Salary: the median salary for a medical illustrator is $62,000 and can range up to $100,000.
Education: undergraduate program to focus on biology, chemistry,and some art classes as well. You also need to obtain a bachelor’s degree. Then have to earn a master’s degree.  
Demand or Need for this Profession: master’s degree, artistic ability, creativity, interpersonal skills,and visual skills
